Child Safety Policy
BVM Skill School is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and child-friendly learning environment for every student in our tuition classes, workshops, website, and mobile application.

1. Our Commitment
BVM Skill School / BVM Academic Tuitions is committed to protecting students from bullying, harassment, abuse, exploitation, inappropriate content, unsafe communication, and any form of harm.
We aim to provide a safe learning space where students can learn, ask questions, participate in activities, and grow with confidence.
2. Safety Principles
- Respectful communication with every student.
- Zero tolerance for abuse, harassment, bullying, or exploitation.
- Protection of student privacy and personal information.
- Parent and guardian involvement in student learning.
- Safe and moderated use of community and communication features.
- Age-appropriate educational content and activities.
- Prompt action on safety concerns reported by parents, students, or teachers.
3. Student Communication and App Safety
The BVM app is designed for academic use. It may include tasks, curriculum, exams, results, monthly reviews, announcements, teacher updates, reactions, and community posts.
- Students cannot use the app for unrelated social networking.
- Community features are intended only for BVM academic updates.
- Inappropriate language, bullying, harassment, or harmful material is prohibited.
- BVM may remove content that violates safety or community standards.
- Accounts may be restricted or suspended for unsafe behavior.
4. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Bullying, teasing, threatening, or humiliating students.
- Abusive, sexual, violent, discriminatory, or hateful content.
- Sharing personal information of students without permission.
- Uploading or forwarding harmful images, videos, links, or messages.
- Any content or behavior involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Misusing photos, videos, classroom content, or student information.
- Impersonating another student, parent, teacher, or BVM staff member.
5. Photos and Videos of Students
Photos and videos may be taken during classes, STEM workshops, events, projects, science fairs, or academic activities. These may be used for educational updates, reports, internal communication, website, social media, or promotional material.
Parents or guardians may request that their child’s photo or video not be used publicly. BVM will make reasonable efforts to respect such requests.
6. Reporting Safety Concerns
Parents, students, teachers, or staff members should report any child safety concern immediately. This includes bullying, abuse, harassment, inappropriate content, privacy concerns, unsafe communication, or misuse of the app.
Reports can be made through phone, email, in-person communication, or any official BVM contact channel.

7. How We Respond to Reports
When a safety concern is reported, BVM may take one or more of the following actions:
- Review the reported concern promptly.
- Speak with the concerned parent, student, teacher, or staff member.
- Remove inappropriate content from the app or community section.
- Restrict or suspend accounts that violate safety standards.
- Inform parents or guardians where appropriate.
- Escalate serious matters to appropriate authorities if required by law.
8. Teacher and Staff Responsibilities
Teachers, staff, and administrators are expected to maintain professional boundaries, communicate respectfully, protect student privacy, and report any safety concerns observed during classes, workshops, app usage, or BVM activities.
9. Parent and Guardian Responsibilities
Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor their child’s app usage, check academic updates, guide responsible behavior, and immediately report any safety or privacy concern to BVM.
10. Review and Updates
BVM may update this Child Safety Policy from time to time to improve student protection, comply with platform requirements, and strengthen safety practices.
