Refund Policy
This policy explains refund rules for BVM Academic Tuitions, BVM Skill School workshops, STEM activities, camps, learning programs, and related educational services.

1. Scope of This Policy
This Refund Policy applies to fees paid for tuition classes, academic programs, STEM workshops, summer camps, special events, learning activities, student registrations, and other educational services provided by BVM Skill School / BVM Academic Tuitions.
2. Tuition Fees
Monthly tuition fees are generally charged for reserving a student’s seat, teacher time, batch planning, learning support, assignments, assessments, and academic tracking.
- Tuition fees already paid for an active or completed month are generally non-refundable.
- Missed classes by the student do not automatically qualify for a refund.
- If possible, BVM may provide class support, revision, or batch adjustment at its discretion.
- If a student discontinues tuition, parents should inform BVM in advance before the next billing cycle.
3. Workshop, Camp, and Event Fees
Workshop, STEM activity, summer camp, science fair, project class, and event registration fees are used for planning, materials, teacher allocation, limited seats, and operational arrangements.
- Fees for completed workshops, camps, or events are non-refundable.
- If a student is unable to attend after registration, refund or batch transfer may be considered only if informed sufficiently in advance.
- Material charges, kit charges, or third-party charges may be non-refundable once purchased or allocated.
4. Cancellation by BVM
If BVM cancels a paid workshop, camp, event, or special program, eligible participants may receive one of the following options:
- Full refund of the eligible fee paid for that cancelled program.
- Transfer to another batch or future program.
- Adjustment of the amount against another BVM service, if agreed.
5. Digital App or Learning Portal Access
Access to the BVM app or learning portal may be provided as part of tuition services or specific learning programs. If the app or portal is included as part of tuition, no separate refund is provided for app access.
If a separate paid digital access plan is introduced in the future, the applicable refund rules will be communicated at the time of purchase.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:
- Student misses classes, workshops, tests, or events.
- Student stops attending without prior communication.
- Fee was paid for a completed month, completed class, or completed event.
- Learning materials, kits, worksheets, or resources have already been provided.
- Access was restricted due to violation of BVM rules or inappropriate conduct.
- Incorrect information was provided by the parent, guardian, or student.
7. Special Cases
BVM may review refund requests due to genuine exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, relocation, duplicate payment, incorrect payment, or other unavoidable situations.
Approval of such requests is at the discretion of BVM management and may require supporting information.
8. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If a parent or student makes a duplicate payment or pays an incorrect amount, they should contact BVM with payment details. After verification, the excess amount may be refunded or adjusted against future fees.
9. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days to process after verification. Processing time may vary depending on bank, payment method, payment gateway, or administrative review.

To request a refund or fee adjustment, please contact BVM with the following details:
- Student name
- Parent or guardian name
- Registered phone number
- Payment date and amount
- Payment screenshot or transaction ID
- Reason for refund request
