If you are using the platform on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are the parent, guardian, or authorized person responsible for that student.

BVM provides academic tuition, curriculum support, homework and task tracking, practice activities, exams, results, monthly reviews, teacher updates, STEM workshops, and other educational programs.

We may update, change, improve, or discontinue specific features, batches, classes, workshops, or app modules based on academic, operational, or technical needs.

• Login access is provided only to students and parents registered with BVM.
• Parents and students must provide accurate information during admission, registration, or account setup.
• Account credentials must be kept confidential and should not be shared with others.
• Parents are responsible for supervising their child’s use of the app and learning platform.

Users agree to use BVM services respectfully and responsibly.

• Do not misuse the app, website, or community features.
• Do not upload or share inappropriate, harmful, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to access another student’s account or data.
• Do not copy, resell, or redistribute BVM learning materials.
• Do not disturb classes, workshops, teachers, or other students.
• Do not use the platform for spam, promotion, or unrelated activities.

BVM makes reasonable efforts to provide quality teaching, learning resources, assessments, and academic support. However, academic performance depends on many factors, including student effort, attendance, practice, discipline, parental support, and regular participation.

We do not guarantee specific marks, ranks, exam results, school performance, or competitive outcomes.

Tuition fees, workshop fees, program charges, or app-related charges must be paid as communicated by BVM. Access to certain services may depend on active enrolment, fee status, batch allocation, or teacher approval.

Delayed or unpaid fees may result in restricted access to classes, app features, assignments, exams, reports, or other services until the pending amount is cleared.

The BVM app may include community posts, announcements, reactions, teacher updates, workshop photos, and academic communication. These features are intended only for educational and BVM-related communication.

BVM may moderate, edit, remove, or restrict content that is inappropriate, inaccurate, harmful, disrespectful, or unrelated to BVM activities.

Photos and videos may be captured during classes, workshops, student projects, events, science fairs, and educational activities. Such content may be used for internal updates, community posts, reports, certificates, promotional materials, website, or social media.

Parents who do not want their child’s photo or video used for public or promotional purposes may contact BVM using the contact details below.

All BVM-created educational materials, notes, worksheets, tasks, videos, app screens, assessments, workshop content, designs, logos, software, and digital content remain the property of BVM Skill School / BVM Academic Tuitions unless otherwise stated.

Users may use BVM content only for personal learning. Copying, recording, selling, republishing, or distributing BVM content without written permission is not allowed.

BVM may suspend or terminate access to classes, app features, portal access, workshops, or community features if a user violates these terms, misuses the platform, behaves inappropriately, shares harmful content, or fails to follow BVM rules.

BVM is not responsible for losses caused by internet issues, device problems, third-party service failures, incorrect user information, missed classes, lack of participation, or misuse of the app by users.

Our services are provided for educational support and should be used along with regular school learning, student practice, and parental guidance.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of BVM services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
